"Danny was great to deal with. I bought a 2016 Polaris Sportsman 450 H O. I live 2 hours away from their shop and made a deal over the phone that couldn't be beat by my 2 local Polaris dealers. When it comes to buying another Polaris, I will definitely make the trip again. Even the mechanic was great to deal with, explained to us in great detail about the machine, loaded the 4 wheeler, and strapped it down. I can't say enough nice things about these guys. I live in Roanoke, VA and there is a large dealer (not Polaris) that seems to have forgotten the customer service aspect and are always rude and cocky to deal with. Unfortunately, I have purchased a sport bike and 2 other 4 wheelers from them in the past. All my business will go Hilltop from here."

"I can't say enough about my experience with Dwight and Hilltop Cycle. I was on a 5000 mile journey and called Dwight to schedule an appointment for my 5000 mile service. He opened up for me on a Saturday to do the service. But that is only the start. He lent me his truck to get breakfast, gave me a bottle of ethanol boost and offerd me a t-shirt on top of all of that. If I didn't live 1000 miles away, I would make him my regular service dealer. He is a terrific man and I am very greatful to his kindness and hospitality."

"I first met Dwight in 2008 when myself and 2 of my buddies stop in on our way to Hillbilly Days in Pikeville Ky. I tested a Vision and loved the ride. I saw a Hammer on his sales floor that caught my eye. Needless to say I went back and traded for the Hammer. "While on vacation in Mt. airy my clutch cable broke .I drove in just as Dwight was flipping the sign to open .told him my situation And he got it in immediately for Dan to start working on. They even gave me a demo bike to go get breakfast. They had me on the road in an hour and did it at a great price. I thought my trip was ruined because of a broken cable but because of their awesome service, It turned out to be just a minor glitch in my vacation"

"I had a flat tire on my Harley Electra Glide up on the blue ridge parkway. Managed to limp into Wytheville on a plugged but leaking rear tire. Called all the area HD dealers they are closed on Mondays. The Honda dealer tried but was unable to help. Found Hilltop on the internet called he had tires in stock. In under one hour I was on the road again. Best service I've ever had anywhere. Great dealership! Thanks Dwight Stan"

"HillTop Cycle is 1st rate dealer in my book! Was traveling on Vacation on 2010 Vision pulling a trailer on 7/9/2011 when I hit something on I 81 near Atkins, VA. that destroyed rear tire. Crippled off Interstate to Comfort Inn. On 7/10/2011 the Desk Clerk there knew owner of HillTop Cycle and called him at home with my problem. He told me that he would have someone there right after they opened on 7/11. Employee arrived 40 minutes after shop opened (9:10AM)and hauled bike, trailer and us to dealership 25 miles away. Took my Vision straight in to shop and installed new tire and had us back on road at 11:45AM. Even though I was at his mercy, the owner only charged me $328.00 for the tire, install, and tow. I thought this was very reasonable. I can't say enought good about this dealership and if I lived in this area, HillTop Cycle would be my dealership. Tony Guinn, Clinton, Indiana."

"Dwight's the man! I drove down from Roanoke cause I'd heard good things about Hilltop. I was undecided as to which model motorcycle I wanted and spent 4-5 hrs. asking questions and comparing. While his mechanic did the repair, Dwight loaned us his truck so we could go get lunch and then gave me a Hilltop hat when I was ready to leave.
